What you’ll be doing
- Welcome customers, answer basic questions, and point them to the right products or sizes.
- Operate the POS system for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor tidy: folding, restocking, and merchandising.
- Work with your team to hit daily sales or service targets.
- Handle simple customer issues and know when to ask a supervisor for help.
What they’re usually looking for
- Some experience helping customers (in store, call centre, restaurant, or even volunteering).
- Comfort using basic technology (POS, tablet, or simple apps).
- Good attitude: reliable, friendly, and willing to learn.
- Ability to stand and move for most of your shift.
- Clear, polite communication in English (other languages are a bonus).
Work environment
- Shift-based schedule – evenings and weekends are common.
- Team-based culture: you’re rarely working alone.
- Fast but predictable routines once you learn the store.
